    Requirements:

    • Open to students in any year

    Role Description:

    • Contribute feedback and creative ideas associated with DUBS events

    • Collaborate with fellow DUBS reps to plan and execute an event

    • Promote, repost, and attend DUBS events

    • Assist with the planning and execution of DUBS events

    • Recruit new members to DUBS

    In addition to these responsibilities, you will be encouraged to help create an overall sense of community for your academic year. If you are interested in representing the students' interests and creating fun events for your year, this position is for you!

  • Duration: January 2026 - May 2026

    Requirements:

    • Open to students in any year

    Role Description:

    • Contribute feedback and creative ideas associated with marketing DUBS

    • Collaborate with fellow DUBS reps to plan and execute an event

    • Promote, repost, and attend DUBS events

    • Assist with content creation and BTS for DUBS

    • Recruit new members to DUBS

    In addition to these responsibilities, you will be encouraged to help create an overall sense of community for your academic year. If you are interested in representing the students' interests and creating fun events for your year, this position is for you!

    • Open to students in any year in 3rd year or higher

    Role Description:

    • Contribute feedback and ideas associated with upper-year students and ways to increase collaboration amongst all years

    • Collaborate with fellow DUBS reps to plan and execute an event

    • Promote DUBS and attend DUBS events

    • Recruit new members to DUBS

    In addition to these responsibilities, you will be encouraged to help create an overall sense of community for your academic year. If you are interested in representing the students' interests and creating fun events for your year, this position is for you!

    Role Description:

    • Contribute feedback and ideas associated with international students and ways to increase inclusivity 

    • Collaborate with fellow DUBS reps to plan and execute an event

    • Promote DUBS and attend DUBS events

    • Recruit new members to DUBS

    • Write articles for the monthly DUBS newsletter

    • Bring up ideas to write to the VP Public Relations and Communications Chair

    • Contribute feedback and creative ideas associated with the DUBS newsletter

    • Promote and attend DUBS events

    • Assist with research and creation of DUBS newsletter

    • Recruit new members to DUBS
